Dry the lettuce before cutting for salad

Dry the lettuce before cutting it for a salad. The sauces used for salads are usually oil based, so if the lettuce will be wet, the sauce just won't stick to it. If the lettuce will be dry, on the other hand, the sauce will be better absorbed and the salad will be much tastier.
