How to find cheap flight tickets
The best advice to keep in mind when buying a flight ticket is to plan ahead. You should always start searching the web for your ticket as soon as you know when and where to go! Most often, the longer you wait, the more expensive tickets become.
The web offers a variety of flights nowadays; however, it is important to keep in mind that not all sites are genuine or up to date.
A good idea is to visit a price comparison site where you will get an overview of various offers and companies. A nice site is http://www.travelmarket.com where you'll be able to compare the most recent and updated flights and prices. Also, if you're flexible concerning dates, it is possible to save hundreds of dollars! Changing your date one week ahead or even a day can change the availability or price drastically!
Good luck in finding your next trip!!

How to get the cheapest flights
First of all, you need to plan ahead, if you want a chance to get the cheapest seat. 6 to 8 weeks before departure is usually the best.
The web now offers many possibilities than just the traditional airline sites. The new flight search engines are an easy way to check prices across hundreds of sites. But beware of the imitators.
Try more than one flight search engine:
momondo.com, kayak, mobissimo or many others.
Many flight search engines have "flexible dates" feature. Use this to see what the price is on the weeks before and after the date you choose. Often you're willing and able to have your vacation a week later, if you can save 100 or more dollars.
Have a nice holiday !

Funky Fridge
If you ever wonder if demons have posessed your fridge only to realise it's actually the uncooked pound of bacon left over from last month's brunch, try this:
Once you've cleaned out the fridge, wipe it down with a 1:1 mixture of white vinegar and water. The vinegar is non--toxic and will eat away all of the odors.
I promise it will only smell like vinegar for a day or so.
Photography on a Cloudy Day
One of my favourite tips from a fashion photographer:
When photographing a person on a cloudy day, pick the brightest cloud in the sky and have them face it.
You, therefore, will have your back to it and your subject will be beautifully lit with the darkest part of the sky behind them.
Disposable GMail addresses
GMail supports creating unlimited number of email addresses from a single account - if your gmail is "someone@gmail.com" then all the emails sent to "someone+something@gmail.com" will also go into your inbox.
The advantage is that you can filter the emails based on the "to" field. So the next time you register at some site just enter a disposable address, and if it turns out to be spam - just filter it out!
Quickly find Wikipedia articles
Here's a quick way I've recently found to quickly find Wikipedia articles using google.
Just enter the term you want to read about in the google search box, and add the word 'wiki' to the list of the search terms. The
first result will usually be the article you're looking for!
For example, to find the Wikipedia article on "Coca Cola", just type in "coca cola wiki".
LCD screen resolution
If you are working with an LCD screen always set the screen resolution to the maximum resolution it supports (which is called its "native resolution").
If you set the resolution to anything lower - the screen will perform interpolation. The result would be as if, for example, a 800x600 image was scaled up to a 1024x768 size, which of course will result in a blurry picture.

How to use a cd-image in .BIN file format?
You've just downloaded a CD-image in a BIN file format of your favorite game/software. What should you do with it now? It seems that none of the programs can read it.
The way to burn it or extract it is to create a CUE file that most of the burning/virtual drive tools know how to use.
Create a text file that is named exactly like your BIN file only with a CUE extension. Insert the next 3 lines to the file:
FILE "BinFilename.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
Save the file (remember it should have the CUE extension).
Now, any software that reads cd-iso-images, like Nero, Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, will be able to read the CUE file and burn/extract it.
Enjoy!
Potato in the refrigerator
A potato in the refrigerator will clear the unpleasant smell of cooked food that spent time in the refrigerator.
